What information we collect
When you submit a video, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Your filmed/uploaded kicking video/s
Why we collect it
Your submission will be used to:
- test and improve the VisXL kicking analysis technology
How your videos may be used
By submitting a video you agree that Vello Technologies may use your video to:
- develop, test and improve computer vision and motion analysis software
- create anonymous datasets for research and product development
Unless you separately agree, your name or identifiable footage will not be used in advertising or promotional material.
Who can access your information
Your information will only be accessed by:
- authorised Vello staff
- trusted service providers (such as Dropbox for secure file storage)
We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Videos are securely stored using Dropbox Business and protected using industry standard security measures.
How long we keep videos
Videos will be retained only for as long as reasonably required to:
- develop and validate the VisXL technology
- comply with legal obligations
After this period videos will be securely deleted or permanently de-identified where practical.
Children's privacy
As these filming sessions/submissions are open to junior footballers, videos are only accepted with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By allowing filming or submitting a video, the person submitting confirms they have the appropriate consent.

- request correction
- request deletion (where legally possible)
